Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor the MEP team (mechanical, electrical, piping).
• Drive technical delivery for SEA clients, ensuring quality and schedule compliance.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and BDMs to develop client proposals and scope solutions.
• Travel within SEA roughly once a month (23 days) for onsite meetings and project support.

Experience Required

• 15+ years in engineering, with 3 years leading an MEP or similar technical team.
• Proven track record of delivering complex MEP projects in the SEA region.
