Responsibilities

3D Printer Maintenance & Support:

Learn and assist in servicing FDM and Resin 3D printers. This includes routine checks, basic troubleshooting, calibration, and understanding slicing software. You'll be guided, but expected to use self-initiative and research (Googling is an essential skill here!).

Packaging & Logistics Assistance:

Help with e-commerce packaging and preparation of 3D printer parts for delivery. This is a critical task especially during stock arrivals and order fulfillment.

Flexible Task Assignment:

Depending on your learning pace and strengths, you may be involved in mechanical assembly, documentation, simple CAD tasks, sales, or support with internal technical requests. We're a dynamic team -- tasks may vary, but support is always provided.

Content Support (Optional):

Assist in recording or helping with short video content for marketing (behind-the-scenes, product showcases, etc.). No editing experience required -- just willingness to participate.

Professional Growth:

Gain exposure to real-world 3D printing processes and industry tools. Opportunities to explore 3D scanning, modeling software, and participate in training sessions based on your interests.

Requirements

SPM or vocational certificate Willing to learn, adaptable, and proactive Able to work on-site at Sungai Besi Bahasa Malaysia & English communication
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM700.00 - RM1,500.00 per month

Our office is near to MRT Sungai Besi, are you able to commute or relocate nearer? When is your internship start & end date? Are you open to learning and handling different tasks beyond 3D printing, including packaging, marketing support, and serve walk-in customer? Or you preferably focus on 1 single item?
