Job Description

Requirement:

Open to

Engineering students

(Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Town Planning, or related fields). Currently pursuing a

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree

in a relevant discipline.

Minimum internship period:

3 months (longer duration preferred). Good communication and teamwork skills. Willing to learn and assist in technical and coordination tasks

Intern Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, organizing, and supporting permit acquisition activities for project sites. Support communication with clients to understand project flow, timeline, and requirements. Help update the project progress tracker and attend client meetings to observe and record project updates. Assist in responding to clients' inquiries by preparing and sharing relevant information. Coordinate with internal technical teams to gather necessary documents for permit applications. Monitor project progress under supervisor's guidance to identify and report potential delays or issues. Participate in discussions to propose possible solutions for issues arising during the permit process. Assist the finance team in preparing claim documents for completed scopes of work.
