About The Role

You are a hands-on technology leader. You are the steward in driving tech initiatives, bringing solutions and clarity to the engineers and product teams. You constantly learning, looking outside for perspectives, and bringing those perspectives back to be shared with the team.

What you\'ll do

• Build and ship end-to-end software solutions in a fast-paced, iterative environment
• Initiate and lead discussions pertaining to technical solutions
• Help to solve production issues and understand the most effective ways to triage them
• Provide insightful code reviews to your peers while ensuring your code is well-written
• Collaborate and improve the process of software delivery, improving the development. testing, release, monitoring, and planning phases of the lifecycle
• Put in measures for test coverage and code reviews
• Engage proactively, and go above and beyond to understand engineering and product
• Improve the developer experience for software engineers

• 8+ years of working experience in software development
• 2+ years of working experience in at least one of the following (NestJS, PHP Laravel, Go)
• 2+ years of working experience in at least one of the following (React, Next, Vue, Nuxt)
• 2+ years of working experience as a tech lead
• Been a member of a self-managed and cross-functional scrum team
• Working experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Working experience with Git, Docker, and Linux
• Basic knowledge of cloud computing (AWS would be advantageous)

• Ability to work with both backend and frontend parts of the stack, though the proportion of time spent doing each will be influenced by your interests.
• Comfortable tackling system design challenges
• You are interested in building products in an Agile environment: moving quickly, wearing multiple hats, continuously learning.
• You are highly motivated, have a strong sense of ownership, and are able to drive complex projects end-to-end
• You are a strong English communicator, for both technical and non-technical topics.
