Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

To establish process control system through SPC to meet quality and production targets. To lead a team of engineers and technicians in charge of line assembly processes. To initiate and implement productivity and quality improvement and cost reduction program. To provide engineering support for new device start up. To ensure customer's products are processed in accordance with customers specification and requirement. To liaise with customers on any quality issue related to engineering. To improve yield and quality and reliability. To resolve customers' complaint and provide corrective and preventive measure. Work with Production and Maintenance to enhance equipment performance. To continuously train and develop subordinates. Develop and implement all necessary procedures and policies to ensure that process engineering and failure analysis teams achieve their business objectives. Responsible for the effective management of environmental management system of his/her department / functions. Responsible for implementing and monitoring the effective of the environmental management system of his/her department.

Qualification and Working Experience

Degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical, Electronic or mechanical 10 years of experiences in electronic or electromechanical product manufacturing Experience in

Surface Mount Technology (SMT)

and

Box Build Assembly

is a strong advantage. Posses effective leadership and managerial qualities Able to analyze difficult data and propose improvement plans
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM8,500.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
