Set KPIs and assign duties to team members, ensuring clear accountability and performance alignment.
Identify training needs and oversee training and development programs to enhance team competency and performance.
Lead, motivate, and guide the team to drive continuous improvement, preventive actions, and a strong performance culture.
Drive cost reduction initiatives, including introducing full or partial automation to reduce manpower dependency.
Conduct production, process, and space capacity studies to meet customer and operational requirements.
Perform process audits to identify opportunities for quality, productivity, and efficiency improvements.
Support and coordinate new product development (NPD) and production line control system implementation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
(Mechanical, Industrial, or related field) with relevant experience.
Minimum 3
-6 years of experience
in manufacturing, production, or leather/fabric industry, with
team leadership experience
.
Strong knowledge of
process improvement, automation, and production efficiency techniques
.
Proven ability to
lead teams, set KPIs, and develop talent

Excellent
analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
