We're looking for more bright minds who'd love to change the world by solving complex problems.What you'll do:xe2xadx90 Hire, lead and mentor an engineering team, providing guidance, feedback, and career development opportunities.xe2xadx90 Ensure team alignment with company goals, translating business needs into clear technical objectives.xe2xadx90 Drive team execution and delivery, ensuring high-quality, timely releases through agile methodologies.xe2xadx90 Develop and enforce best engineering practices, maintaining high standards in code quality, architecture, and scalability.xe2xadx90 Support and optimize team workflows, identifying bottlenecks and improving engineering processes.xe2xadx90 Foster a strong engineering culture, promoting collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.xe2xadx90 Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders, ensuring technical solutions align with business priorities.xe2xadx90 Oversee system design and implementation, ensuring maintainability, security, and performance.xe2xadx90 Ensure team adherence to DevOps and CI/CD best practices, reducing friction in deployment and releases.xe2xadx90 Monitor and optimize team performance, balancing speed, quality, and technical debt management.Who you are:xe2xadx90 5+ years experience as an senior engineering manager, head of engineering, or director level role leading 2 or more teams.xe2xadx90 Ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.xe2xadx90 Strong proficiency in JavaScript, with TypeScript experience preferred.
