Engineering Manager
- Establish vision and strategy for engineering team(s) to facilitate the achieving of corporate objectives
- Identify staff development needs/ opportunities and provide timely constructive feedback and guidance
- Understand, guide and influence technical decisions that lead to desired business results
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
- 5-10 years of experience in Oil and Gas industry with 2 or more years in a supervisory role
- Ability to create competitive advantage through our people
