-Establish vision and strategy for engineering team(s) to facilitate the achieving of corporate objectives
-Identify staff development needs/ opportunities and provide timely constructive feedback and guidance
-Understand, guide and influence technical decisions that lead to desired business results

-Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
-5-10 years of experience in Oil and Gas industry with 2 or more years in a supervisory role
-Ability to create competitive advantage through our people
