Engineering Manager
Job Function
1. Ensure that First Article / Chargeable Samples are Processed and able to meet scheduled timeline
2. Coordinate with Production department and ensure all new parts and process hand over properly.
3. Assist production to setup and troubleshoot all parts and Process and defect data collection
4. Manage and Coordinate with supplier for all new process engineering projects.
5. Manage and support Process Engineering activities in trouble-shooting all DSP related issues.
6. Responsible for all possible processes for any cost saving or increase productivity.
7. Work with tooling engineers to test and qualify all new tooling before release for production.
8. Work with R & D dept. to conduct material evaluation whenever needed to improve parts quality and
Yield and cleanliness.
Experience
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Engineering
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Ability to manage and address problems with systematic and logical approach
- To anticipate the implication and consequences of situation and to take appropriate actions and possible contingency measures
- Building a strong team and developing positive relationship among team members, and achieve by understanding and addressing the individual needs and concerns of the staffs
- Preferrable in Rubber industry or Plastic industry
- Work Expereince in Medical industry company and CE company is advantage
