Responsibilities:
Responsible for CADCAM design, NPI, artwork making, screen making, and process design for all prototypes and mass-production models
Ensure APQP, PPAP, and FMEA are carried out for all automotive models
Evaluate overall production technical capabilities for new model production
Analyze new models, technical drawings, and process requirements to generate competitive and accurate quotations
Set up production techniques and process specifications during the pre-production stage
Maximize material usage during layout planning (Mapping Stage)
Handle UL safety standard requirements
Ensure effective operation of the Engineering Organization, including:
Manpower arrangement within the department
Approve leave and shift change applications for subordinates
Propose salary increments for subordinates (excluding assistant engineers and above)
Approve overtime forms for subordinates
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the General Manager
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 8 years of experience in Engineering / R&D preferred
Minimum 3-5 years of management experience

Knowledge of sector technology and processes
Personnel and project management skills
Experience using CAD platforms
