Job Summary: To lead engineering team in delivering engineering projects from initiation till successful completion, through structured Project Management methodology To manage annual budgeting of CAPEX project, with follow-through to ensure cost & timeliness compliance To build cost saving project pipeline with clear accountability and timeline, follow-through with project management methodology (Initiation - Planning - Execution - Control - Closure) To lead or conduct process development and provide guidance to project team in areas of process development and analysis (eg: Time - Motion Study and Standard Work definition) To study and identify suitable new machine/equipment for automotive production and inspection, estimate the cost and ROI impact of CAPEX investment relevant process/equipment. To establish clear and measurable goals by which to determine individual and team results. Drive individuals to continuously improve in key operational metrics. To follow the new trend and new technology in the field to study the impact on manufacturing process and efficiency, provide analysis and proposals to Management. To perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time. Job Requirements: Possess Bachelor\'s Degree in Automation, Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Mechatronics or equivalent. At least 8 years(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Project Management experience for commissioning of new production equipment, line or plant; certification in Project Manager Professional is an advantage. Hands-On working knowledge of design and visualization software such as AutoCAD or Solid Works. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
