Skills / Qualifications
Min Bachelor Degree/Master Degree/Doctor Degree.
Experience: more than 5 years relevant experience, more than 3 years engineering management experience.
Major requirements: industrial engineering, electronics, machinery, etc Abillity to work with local and international team
Good command of verbal and written Bahasa Malaysia and English. Added advantage for Mandarin
Abilities and skills: good communication, coordination and organization skills, keen problem analysis, coordination and handling skills;
Other requirements: proficiency in office software/ability to use mechanical and electronic design software.
Experience working in Manufacturing environment is highly desirable
Understand ISO, TS16949 and other system training, VE, IE, lean production, related management training, Rosh and other laws and regulations. Support day today activities
Familiar with the production process of electronic products;Well developed interpersonal skill, ability to create and innovate
Strong ability to study and judge process anomalies;Vigilant, responsible and caring individual
Strong sensitivity to new technology;
Systematic thinking and planning ability for the implementation of automated production;
