We are an Engineering Company specializes in Design and Manufacture Process Equipment. In line with our expansion, we are urgently seeking for: Engineering Manager Responsibilities:

• To lead a team of multi-discipline design engineers, draughtsman, QA/QC engineers and purchasers;
• Responsible for guiding and coaching engineers and draughtsman to ensure design are lean, correct and standard compliance;
• Review and approve design, QA/QC procedure and As-Built-Document;
• Monitor and manage purchasers and engineering executives to ensure all purchasing are done at competitive price and specification compliance;
• All QA/QC work are done as per design specification for incoming, semi-finished and finished equipment & project;
• To ensure all design, QA/QC and As-Built documentation are filed and organized in harmonized manner;
• All works are executed within the agreed time frame;
• Distribute work load among team members;
• Forecast, plan and hire team members;
• Observe, improve and innovate working methodology;
• Implement and introduce new technology in design management;
• Weekly & Monthly Report to management;

Requirements:

• Possess Engineering Degree (Chemical, Mechanical or Mechatronics) from a recognized University;
• Strong engineering knowledge and aptitude;
• Minimum 12 years working experience of which:

-Minimum 5 years hands-one design and drafting experience for mechanical process equipment and chemical process plants. -Minimum 5 years proven multi-discipline exposure and good understanding of process control, instrumentation, electrical, QA/QC and purchasing. -Minimum 2 years of experience in leading an engineering team.

• Well-versed with ACAD and Inventor;
• Good leadership quality and able to motivate and unify team based on Company\xe2\x80\x99s direction;
• Good communicator and able to adapt quickly with company culture;
• Good command of oral and written English;
• Above 60 years are encouraged to apply.
