Job Description

The Engineering Manager will be responsible for team leadership, software development, project management, and integration. The role involves overseeing engineering projects and ensuring successful delivery within the organization.

Job Summary:

Drive continual improvement on engineering support to manufacturing. Explore and monitor new product and process to support customer and production. Coordinate in NPI builds To lead and motives product and test engineering team. Liaise & support to customers on technical support. Assist engineering team on FMEA and Control Plan To developed and establish plans for the optimum utilization of personnel, and company resources to produce quality products within predetermined cost objectives and support the company's business objectives.
Requirements:

Min. Diploma and above in Electrical & Electronics fields. Min. 7~10 years of working experience in Product engineering, Test engineering, NPI, Process engineering, and Facility Maintenance. Prefer candidate that work in manufacturing environment. Knowledge of jigs & fixture design.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
