Job Responsibilities of Engineering Manager

1. Overall planning of sheet metal and machining production processes, optimizing workflows to improve production efficiency and quality.

2. Managing the engineering team, assigning tasks and supervising their execution to ensure on-time project delivery.

3. Solving technical problems in production, promoting process improvement and cost control.

4. Responding to customers' technical requirements, participating in quotation, scheme formulation and sample confirmation.

5. Formulating departmental management systems and coordinating cross-departmental cooperation to ensure smooth production.

Job Qualifications ?

- Education: College degree or above in mechanical manufacturing, sheet metal/machining or related majors.

- Experience: More than 5 years of engineering management experience in the sheet metal/machining industry, familiar with relevant equipment (such as laser cutting machines, bending machines, etc.) and process standards.

- Skills: Strong ability in solving technical problems and team management; able to read mechanical drawings; proficient in using design software such as CAD.

- Others: Good communication and coordination skills; priority given to those who can use English as a working language (to adapt to the working environment in Malaysia).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
