Job Description
- DBS chairperson-prepare meeting slides, generate & consolidate data and present in DBS.
- Execute ESR, remote engineering, debugging or any engineering related activities together with shift operators.
- Responsible for ESR scheduling(daily), handler/tester conversion scheduling per BL/PE request.
- Responsible for maintenance, repair and resolve break down of ATE equipments.
- GOTO person by PE/engineer/techs for ESR arrangement
- Talking/calling/negotiating/discussing on daily activity to ensure priority is met.
- Lead shift operators & Techs: delegate Prime Time activities for operators and peer Technicians
- Advising team on lot disposition/priority to the shift members.
- Prepare and send shift report.
Minimum 3 Years of Practical Experience in a related technology or technical field- Semiconductor, electrical, electronic or Automation industry
Academic qualification- Diploma in Engineering or Engineering Technology from a recognized or accredited institution
Requirements:-
Willing to work in shift- 12hrs at Clean room environment (Final Test and Wafer Test)
Able to work in dynamic environment, multi tasking due to business needs
Able to adopt to changes and self learn on revolving technology.
Able to communicate, write and read English.
