Engineering Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• To perform project document submission, tracking, and final documentation compilation.
• Support SAP related workflow ie. raising Purchase Requisition (PR), and initiate Goods Receipt (GR).
• Generate packing lists and shipping invoices for internal customers during warranty returns, repairs, or replacements.
• Generate packing lists and shipping invoices for external customers during project deliveries.
• Inspect and confirm packing requirements as per IATA guidelines and regulations.
• Logistics co-ordination with forwarding companies as well as courier services.
• Take charge on customs clearance documents submission.
• Responsible to liaise with local Chamber of Commerce to obtain endorsement for Certificate of Origin.
• Support in monitoring project materials shipment status to ensure on-time delivery.
• Attend project progress meeting with Project Manager and Discipline Engineer (when required).
• Continuously achieve efficiency improvements within assigned work.

Key Experience & Capabilities:

• Minimum 5 years industrial experience in Oil & Gas.
• Diploma or Advanced Diploma in any discipline.
• Added advantage for those who are trained on Incoterms and Certified Dangerous Goods Regulation (CAT6) Personnel.
• Good communication skill with stakeholder at all levels.
• Strong at self-learning and motivated team player.
