Job Description

JOB MAIN PURPOSE
Manage Manufacturing Asset Strategy management, Engineering excellence, Capital expenditure, technical and operational facilities to ensure optimum utilization and maximum reliability to support the business according to approved and aligned budget, as well as ensure the relevancy and accordance to sitewide business objectives.
YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and monitoring overall project and engineering processes, manufacturing assets strategy management, project management, operational excellence and technical compliance to ensure appropriation to product supply objectives.
• Liaise with Site and Unit Leads to overseeing technical requirements of manufacturing operation to ensure compliances with company and statuary requirements. Recommend to the organization for any necessary changes to engineering processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness and quality deliveries.
• Responsible as site's Plant & Process Safety (PPS) maintainer, ensure the appropriate level of knowledge are in place and implementation took place in site operations, conducting necessary gap analysis and improvement, ensure the right level of adequacy is maintained and consulted with PPS Practitioner.
• Responsible for on-site Operational Technology initiatives implementation to deliver the agreed roadmap which includes the scope of Digitalization and Automation, Manufacturing IT, and OT requirements. conduct the gap analyses, deliver/coordinate the action plans and monitor the roadmap, implementation strategy and compliance assessment processes.
• Review and evaluate manufacturing asset reliability strategy and improve maintenance strategy aiming for continuous advancement of maturity as well as its adequacy to deliver both current and future operational objectives.
• Monitor and control the approved and aligned budget related to Maintenance, Project and Engineering operational expenses and ensure effectiveness of investment planning and executions are aligned with site objectives.
• Establish and maintain contacts with internal and external stakeholders and provide necessary advises of any design constraints and requirements on machinery and equipment technology. Proactive involvement in relevant Change management process is expected
• Maintain an awareness of resources developments in the field of project and engineering to ensure that the organization continues to apply the most effective processes and equipment.
• Ensure the morale, capacity, competency and reliability of Project and Engineering resources are adequate with the applicable technology to maximize the supporting systems as per required by operational streams

YOUR KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• University degree in Engineering background with minimum 5 years experience on managing Engineering, Maintenance, and Process Engineering
• Proficiency in Project Management
• Minimum 3 years experience and/or exposure to Plant and Process Safety (PPS) or similar system
• Minimum 3 years experience and exposure to Automation and Digitalization 5. Fluent in English oral and written
• Strong leadership skills
