Job Description

The Engineering Project Manager will lead end?to?end plant engineering and manufacturing operations, driving production stability, process improvement, and successful new product introduction. This person will also oversee engineering teams, technical risk management, SOP compliance, and cross?functional coordination to ensure quality, efficiency, and continuous operational improvement.

• Lead and manage engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones effectively.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
