Lead and manage the planning, scheduling, and execution of system transfer activities from the US team to the local team.
Establish and validate the following systems locally:
Material Inventory System (direct & indirect materials)
Shopfloor System (SAP ME -- shop order, labeling, routing, data logging)
Manufacturing control processes (MSL control, paste tracking, issuance/return)
Collateral/Jig/Fixture inventory and procurement
SMT machine recipe creation and process setup
Preventive Maintenance (PM) system
Conduct troubleshooting and close gaps that arise during implementation.
Develop training materials in collaboration with US team and train/certify local employees.
Drive continuous improvement and optimization of transferred systems and processes.
Coordinate cross-site communication with US team, including flex-hour meetings during early or late hours.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of working experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, process engineering, or related fields.
Experience with shopfloor or MES systems (SAP ME is an advantage).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional, cross-region teams.
Able to work flexible hours to accommodate US meeting times.
Proactive, structured, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Additional Advantages (not mandatory):
Experience in SMT processes or machine recipes.
Exposure to material handling or moisture-sensitive material control (MSL).
Familiarity with preventive maintenance planning or equipment management.
