Job Description

:

Oversee and monitor overall project and engineering processes, including asset strategy, project management, operational excellence, and technical compliance to support product supply objectives. Ensure manufacturing operations meet technical, company, and statutory requirements, recommending process improvements to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and quality. Lead implementation of Site Operational Technology initiatives, encompassing Digitalization, Automation, Manufacturing IT, and IT security. Conduct gap analyses, coordinate action plans, and monitor implementation and compliance. Assess asset reliability and maintenance strategies to ensure alignment with current and future operational objectives. Monitor and control project and engineering budgets, ensuring effective investment planning and execution aligned with site objectives. Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing guidance on machinery and equipment design constraints and requirements. Stay informed on developments in project and engineering practices and technologies to apply the most effective processes and equipment. Ensure Project and Engineering teams have the capacity, skills, and reliability to maximize technology and support operational requirements. Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in Engineering, Maintenance, and Process Engineering management. Strong proficiency in Project Management. Minimum of 3 years' experience with Automation and Digitalization initiatives. Excellent command of English, both spoken and written, with knowledge of process and plant safety (PPS). Demonstrated strong leadership and team management skills.
