Open Position: Engineering Recruiter (Fulltime Freelancer)

We are looking for Engineer Recruiter to join us as a Freelancer. Individual without Recruitment experience but wanting to explore this industry on a Fulltime Freelancing engagement basis is welcomed.

Key requirements include:

Good experience recruiting and sourcing for Engineer Technical roles covering any of the Engineering/Manufacturing industries: Automotive, Manufacturing, Semiconductor and etc

Experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies to include market mapping, recruitment strategies and Boolean searches

\xc2\xb7
Excellent independent sourcing skills with experience and curiosity about the latest recruiting technologies and platforms, above and beyond job boards and LinkedIn

A sense of urgency and a relentless drive to find and connect with the best talent

Ability to multi-task and thrives working in a dynamic, high change environment
