\xc2\xb7 Build and lead the Electrical, Mechanical, RF, Acoustic, Packaging engineering teams and facilitate root cause failure analysis. \xc2\xb7 Understand product roadmaps and make sure the team is well positioned to support programs. Drive priorities and assignments for the team members. \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of hardware development process and lifecycle \xc2\xb7 Work closely with Project Manager team to create program plans and then provide technical leadership and direction on project development. \xc2\xb7 Work closely with Manufacturing and PE teams to produce designs and field support. \xc2\xb7 Ability to succinctly summarize key findings and project status with high level report writing \xc2\xb7 Good collaboration effort with team and other external parties like suppliers. Job Requirements \xc2\xb7 Bachelor degree in electrical/communication/electronic engineering or above. \xc2\xb7 5+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams and 2+ years of engineering team management experience \xc2\xb7 Proficient to communicate in English. Ability to communicate in Mandarin speaking will be an advatnages due to working environment. \xc2\xb7 Skillful in Microsoft Excel, SAP, PLM, Layout viewer tool (Allegro viewer),OrCAD, Oscilloscope, multi-meter, AC/DC Power source operation. \xc2\xb7 Adaptable to fast pace environment.
