Position is based in Kuala Lumpur.What you will do

• Translate corporate strategy down to engineering team level objectives and drive effective execution and stewardship. These may include both technical and business initiatives.
• Key role in driving staffing development needs, competency growth, and identifying relevant opportunities for the team.
• Effectively provide timely, constructive feedback, and actionable guidance.
• Understand business objectives, guide and influence technical decisions that lead to desired business results.
• Create competitive advantage by leveraging the talents of our people.

About youSkills and Qualifications

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Chemical Engineering
• 5-10 years working experience in a managerial / supervisory capacity
• Relevant energy / oil & gas industry experience will be an advantage.
