Position is based in Kuala Lumpur.What you will do-Translate corporate strategy down to engineering team level objectives and drive effective execution and stewardship. These may include both technical and business initiatives.
-Key role in driving staffing development needs, competency growth, and identifying relevant opportunities for the team.
-Effectively provide timely, constructive feedback, and actionable guidance.
-Understand business objectives, guide and influence technical decisions that lead to desired business results.
-Create competitive advantage by leveraging the talents of our people.About youSkills and Qualifications-Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Chemical Engineering
-5-10 years working experience in a managerial / supervisory capacity
