Our flexible meeting spaces, including a ballroom for up to 400 guests, are ideal for organizing events.Do you see yourself as Engineering Supervisor with Holiday Inn Kuala Lumpur Bangsar?We are seeking a passionate Engineering Supervisor who can combine informality and fun with professionalism and sophistication, leaders with an inclusive spirit who embrace individuality and inject positivity into their work environments.Our colleagues are fundamental to delivering memorable experiences, and we are committed to creating a culture as diverse as the distinct hotels in our portfolio.Your day to dayEvery day is different, but you\'ll mostly be:Handle guest complaints, claims and problem solving of all aspects related to the engineering equipment.Establish and carry out any PPM to guest rooms or public areas up in accordance with IHG\'s SOP.Follow up sudden function or sudden request of equipment to meet guest satisfaction.If difficulties are experienced with any guest inform Duty Engineer for follow up action.Is responsible for receiving operator log reports from subordinates, acting upon it if any problem arises and forwarding it to Duty Engineer for further action and follow up.What we need from youVocational Certificate in Engineering or equivalent or Certifications advance Program Engineering / Diploma in Related Engineering fieldMinimum 4 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Hotel experience preferablePossesses basic knowledge and know how in general repairs, fabrication, installations, operation and preventive with regards to electrical, mechanical, air-conditioning, fire protection, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, painting, kitchen equipment, sound and BAS system, sewage plants etc. Hand on with in - depth technical knowledge with hotel operations, specifically in electrical fieldsMust speak English and Bahasa Malaysia.What we offerIn return we\'ll give you a competitive benefit package including hotel discounts worldwide and the opportunity to progress your career with IHG\xc2\xae.
