Job Responsibilities

Lead and manage the engineering team, including organization, workflow, and personnel performance. Achieve departmental management indicators and key KPI targets. Drive new project development and enhance the company's competitiveness through effective engineering planning. Promote and implement new technologies and processes to strengthen overall engineering capability. Improve lean production efficiency and optimize manufacturing costs. Ensure production quality goals are achieved and supervise continuous improvement projects. Act as the primary communication window for major clients on technical and engineering matters. Ensure the engineering department operates efficiently and sustainably in line with the company's strategic direction.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering. Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing). Minimum

10 years of engineering management experience

in

PCBA / SMT

within international Tier-1 companies. Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills. Excellent problem-solving mindset and ability to drive cross-departmental collaboration.
