Job Description
SUMMARY OF ROLE
A technical writer role to support engineers who will translates complex, specialized information into clear, concise, and easy-to-understand documentation for specific audiences. They create materials like user manuals, how-to guides, API documentation, and SOPs, working closely with subject matter experts to facilitate product usability. .
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Creating Documentation: Developing machine manuals, FAQs, white papers, and instructional materials and updating existing machine manual. Liaise with ODM engineers to ensure that information in the machine manuals are correct. Simplifying Concepts: Translating technical jargon into accessible, user-friendly language. Audience Analysis: Understanding who will use the document to tailor the content effectively. Using Tools: Utilizing software for content creation, such as CAD, or spec
JOB EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
1. Diploma /bachelor's degree in mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering or related field
2. Min. 2 years of experience
3. Good Technical Writing related to machine manual documentation
4. Basic mechanical CAD model assembly drawing and electrical / electronics schematics understanding.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
