Understand and manage the electrical system from incoming supply to distribution panels on production floors.
Monitor electrical systems using predefined parameters to assess performance and identify potential issues.
Troubleshoot electrical faults promptly to minimize downtime.
Monitor and report on electrical, nitrogen (N?), and water consumption, providing trending reports to superiors.
Fire-Fighting Systems
Monitor, test, and maintain fire-fighting systems to ensure maximum protection for personnel and assets.
Prepare and maintain preventive maintenance schedules.
Coordinate monthly preventive maintenance with fire-fighting contractors.
Communicate with relevant departments during testing activities.
Maintain service records and documentation.
Conduct weekly preventive maintenance and testing of fire-fighting equipment.
Facilities Equipment
Monitor and troubleshoot facilities equipment performance using defined parameters.
Maintain equipment including Air Handling Units (AHUs), Makeup Air Units, Air-Conditioners, Chillers, Cooling Towers, Compressors, Dryers, Exhaust Fans, Vacuum Systems, Lighting, City Water Tank, Fire-Fighting Tank, City Water Pumps, piping distribution, and related equipment.
Perform building maintenance troubleshooting when faults occur.
Operational & Crisis Management
Handle breakdowns, crises, or upset conditions during off-hours, weekends, and public holidays.
Prepare and submit shift reports to management.

Qualifications
Required:
Diploma in Electrical, Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Electrical Power Engineering.
Minimum 1-year experience in electrical/mechanical fields, with knowledge of facility equipment and troubleshooting skills in a manufacturing environment.
Competency certificate certified by a professional body (preferred but not mandatory).
Preferred:
Ability to manage routine workloads and ad-hoc projects with minimal supervision.
Capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
Proficiency in written and spoken English.
