Skills/knowledge

1. Able to interpret, understand mechanical and technical drawing

2. Able to use Measurement Tools

3. Self-motivated, independent and able to work within tight deadlines

4. Strong time management skills with the ability to effectively coordinate multiple projects

5. Computer literate and proficient in MS Office application.

6. Knowledge in SolidWorks or AutoCAD Software is added advantage

Qualification/ Work Experience Job

1. Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, equivalent.

2. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in Metal Fabrication/Stamping industry

Responsibilities

1. Attend Meeting on customer/internal for technical discussion.

2. Collect process cycle time and feedback to project engineer.

3. Design and fabricate Jig & Fixture to improve production cycle time and reduce the rejection or Production/Project need.

4. Checking on the time for setup process and cycle time for the FA parts

5. Updating data and info for the process timing to CMM department for any changes.

6. Arranging production schedule for the new FA part

7. Checking and confirming on the dimension for the new FA part and updating respective department or section for any differences

8. Follow-up with various section and department until process for FA part complete before date line of buy-off process to customers

9. Liaising with respective person in charge on the maintenance or stamping repair

10. Attending FA meeting if any

11. Follow the Company's environmental policy and procedures and comply with any environmental related legal or regulatory requirements

12. Any other tasks as and when assigned by the Management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
