Job Vacancy: Engineering / Production Manager

Location: Nilai, Negeri Sembilan.

5 Days work/Week (Monday-Friday)

Key Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and control

daily and monthly production schedules

to meet production targets and delivery timelines Manage

Production Planning & Control (PPC)

including manpower, machines, and material usage Ensure

Quality Control (QC)

compliance according to company SOPs and quality standards Review and manage

engineering designs, technical drawings, and design changes

Lead and perform

machine and production process troubleshooting

to minimize downtime Implement and maintain

5S, Lean Manufacturing, and process improvement initiatives

Work closely with Maintenance, and other teams to improve productivity and efficiency Supervise, train, and evaluate Production & Engineering team members Monitor production performance, analyze data, and prepare reports for management Ensure compliance with

factory safety regulations and company policies

Job Requirements

Minimum

3 years of experience in a managerial position

within a manufacturing environment Degree in

Engineering (Mechanical / Manufacturing / Industrial)

or related disciplines Strong knowledge of

production planning, QC control, and factory operations

Hands-on experience in

machine troubleshooting and technical problem-solving

Familiar with

5S, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or process improvement tools

Able to read and interpret

engineering drawings (AutoCAD & SolidWork knowledge is an advantage)

Applicants should be adept with engineering design software and systems Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Proficient in MS Office
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
