  • Applicants with SPM and above
  • Proficient in reading, speaking and writing English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Available to work on 9am - 6pm (Monday - Friday)
  • Able to start working on 21 August 2024
  • Have no issue to be fully work based at Petaling Jaya, Selangor Office
TanggungjawabYou are responsible,
  • Handle all inbound calls, emails, and live chats related to general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedback, and other issues concerning the company\'s services.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by providing accurate and helpful information.
  • Collaborate with your team to meet and surpass Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Handle customers with questions and issues related to their life insurance policies.
  • Provide support and guidance through the claims processing service.
  • Offer clear instructions for submitting policy servicing requests

  • Monthly Salary: RM2,000 Basic Salary + Up to RM400 KPI Allowance

  • 12 days Annual Leave & 14 days Medical Leave
