Handle all inbound calls, emails, and live chats related to general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedback, and other issues concerning the company\'s services.
Deliver exceptional customer service by providing accurate and helpful information.
Collaborate with your team to meet and surpass Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Handle customers with questions and issues related to their life insurance policies.
Provide support and guidance through the claims processing service.
Offer clear instructions for submitting policy servicing requests
Manfaat
Monthly Salary: RM2,000 Basic Salary + Up to RM400 KPI Allowance
