As a Senior Copywriter, you will be responsible for creating content across different platforms and channels. You will collaborate with the strategy and art teams to deliver persuasive copy that effectively communicates our clients\xe2\x80\x99 brand message and engages theirs customers. Meeting business objectives of our clients is also a key part of this role. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, a master storyteller, and possesses exceptional writing and editing skills.Key Responsibilities:

• Create compelling and imaginative copy for various marketing materials, including advertisements, websites, social media posts, email campaigns, video scripts, product descriptions, and blog articles.

• Work closely with the accounts servicing team to gain complete understanding of project requirements, target audience, and brand guidelines to produce impactful and relevant creative output.

• Conduct comprehensive research on industry trends, products, services, target audience, and competitors to stay current and ensure that the copy is accurate and compelling.

• Write persuasive and engaging copy that effectively conveys key messages and promotes brand awareness, customer engagement, and conversions.

• Review and refine copy to ensure accuracy, clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand voice and guidelines.

• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other stakeholders to produce cohesive and visually appealing creative outputs that align with clients\xe2\x80\x99 overall marketing strategy.

• Keep up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies to continuously improve copywriting skills and contribute innovative ideas.

• Manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

• Mentor junior copywriters by providing constructive feedback and helping them develop their skills.

RequirementsQualifications:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Creative Writing, Linguistics, English Literature, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in copywriting, preferably within a digital agency or similar environment.

• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of work, including but not limited to digital and social media outputs.

• Proficiency in Google Workspace collection of productivity tools, Microsoft Office Suite, iWork suite of applications, as well as proficiency and experience in AI tools prompting.

• Excellent understanding of how design and copy work in tandem to create great work.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team setting.

• Ability to converse in basic Mandarin will be a plus, though not a must.
