  • Welcome Fresh Graduate (Minimum SPM).
  • Excellent in verbal and written English and Malay communication skills.
  • Technical Proficiency:Basic computer skills, including MS Office and online chat tools.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Empathy and patience when dealing with customer concerns.
  • Willing relocate in Petaling Jaya.
  • Willing work in Rotational Shift.
Tanggungjawab
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding mobile plans, billing, and usage via inbound call, email and live chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mobile devices, network connectivity, or SIM activation.
  • Guide customers through service activations, upgrades, and cancellations.
  • Assist customers in managing their accounts, including payments, billing disputes, and plan changes.
  • Update customer profiles with accurate and up-to-date information.
