Handle customer inquiries regarding mobile plans, billing, and usage via inbound call, email and live chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mobile devices, network connectivity, or SIM activation.
Guide customers through service activations, upgrades, and cancellations.
Assist customers in managing their accounts, including payments, billing disputes, and plan changes.
Update customer profiles with accurate and up-to-date information.
