Working with ReadingLAB is mentoring children from the ages of 4 to 17 in reading (English storybooks), discussion and essay writing among others. Mentoring work among others, includes - mentoring the very young to learn to read through phonics, etc
- mentoring the young to pick up the reading habit, reading fluency, the understanding of text and the ability to write short stories, etc
- mentoring the teens to continue to read widely, participate actively in discussions and to write opinionated essays among others.
- mentoring work includes in-classroom work as well as out-of-classroom work namely lesson planning, marking, updating children\'s progress reports, attending training, attending mock sessions, writing lesson reports, meeting with parents/customers, preparing for extracurricular activities, conferring with the seniors on reports and lesson plans, recording videos for progress review & promotion, and etc on all areas affecting the children we mentor.
- mentoring children online and onsite. JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Be able to speak and write English fluently (preferably without visible spoken grammatical errors);
- Love working with children.
- Acceptable towards being trained in a new way of mentoring and educating children in the English language (and perhaps BM).
- If you are an avid reader, it will be a plus point. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or a Professional Degree. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month Benefits:
