Duties and Responsibilities

lIdentify and explore new sales opportunities, develop potential accounts, and maintain relationships with existing customers

lDevelop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share

lMaintain awareness of food industry trends to meet demand as a consultant

lCollaboration requires no travel; client communication can be done via phone or internet, with orders managed in SAP

lParticipate in phased training covering foreign trade knowledge, industry trends, and AI updates, while providing continuous AI tool upgrades and tutorial support to empower client development.

Requirements of the role

lNo educational or experience requirements; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

lProficiency in English, with the ability to understand Cantonese(Only listening required)

lStrong communication and negotiation skills to convey information clearly, understand others, and proactively address issues

Training Details & Service Fee Plans

1. Training period

lDuration: 1 month

?Monday to Friday: 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM (including a total of 1.5 hours for breakfast and lunch)

?Saturday: 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM (including a total of 1.5 hours for breakfast and lunch)

Format: Online courses covering product knowledge, sales skills, and software training

If you pass the training assessment, you will receive a service fee reward of 4,000 MYR (including a 3,700 MYR training allowance and an additional 300 MYR allowance).

2. Upon passing the training assessment, the following benefits will become available:

1) Service Fee Structure

Earnings will be calculated under a fair and transparent compensation framework based on two core metrics:

? Monthly performance/conversion results

? Service quality performance

? Income will grow progressively through the accumulation of client resources, increased order values, and utilization of new client opportunities provided by the company.

2) Initial Support Program (Up to MYR 5,500/month)

? To ensure a smooth business launch, guaranteed earnings will be offered during the initial phase as follows:MYR 3,200/month will be provided for maintaining at least 240 minutes of daily client communication and completing all required follow-ups (Monday-Saturday, subject to approval).

? An additional MYR 2,300/month will be granted for successfully onboarding at least five qualified new clients per month.

? This short-term program is designed to support rapid development of a solid client base and a smooth transition into an independent business model.

3) Long-Term Growth Prospects

? Sustainable growth will be achieved by nurturing client relationships and increasing order values. The performance-based fee structure will ensure stable and continuous income growth alongside developing expertise.

3.About equipment:

1) To ensure the smooth progress of training and subsequent services, according to the characteristics of the independent contractor cooperation model, a dual-screen computer is required

2) If a dual-screen computer is unavailable, offline services can be provided at the Kuala Lumpur service location, where temporary seating and computer equipment will be made available for use as needed
