Responsibilities
Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls while maintaining strong sales and customer experience throughout the interaction.
Consultative Selling: Identify customer needs and recommend new products or services to support their business success.
Issue Resolution: Provide solutions within our support scope or guide customers to third-party or paid services when necessary.
Troubleshooting: Resolve issues with client products on the first call whenever possible.
Performance Metrics: Achieve targets in First Call Resolution, Conversion Rates .NET Promoter Score, and New Sales.
Interpersonal Skills: Excel in communication, multitasking, and prioritizing in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
