Position Overview
We are looking for passionate educators who believe that language is more than grammar and grades -- it's a tool for thinking.
As a Thinking Coach, you will lead small-group classes (max. 6 students) using literature and structured writing methods to help students connect reading to reasoning, and ideas to writing.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct engaging reading & writing lessons using Bridge English's structured 5-step learning method
Guide students to express personal interpretations and organize their thoughts in writing
Provide constructive feedback on students' written work and reading comprehension
Contribute to developing a reflective, discussion-driven classroom culture
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
in English, Education, Literature, Linguistics,or a related field is preferred --
but not required.
Candidates with strong
English proficiency, writing skills, and a passion for teaching
are also welcome.
Prior teaching or tutoring experience preferred (
international school or enrichment background
is a plus)
Passion for books, ideas, and meaningful education
Reflective, responsible, and growth-minded -- not afraid to think deeply or teach differently
Work Schedule & Benefits
Working Days:
6 days/week (Monday-Saturday)
Monday-Friday:
12:30 PM - 7:30 PM (7 hours/day)
Saturday:
9:30 AM - 2:30 PM (5 hours/day)
Location:
Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur
Salary:
RM3,000-4,500 (depending on experience)
EPF, SOCSO, EIS contributions after probation
Structured teacher training and mentorship provided
All teaching materials and curriculum support included
