The calls may involve simple or complex, non-technical or technical subjects in Healthcare, Government, Insurance, Finance, Utilities, Travel and Hospitality, 911 emergency services, Law Enforcement and General Business.
Interpret with the highest degree of accuracy and completeness in consecutive, simultaneous and sight translation modes.
Perform other task as assigned Customer Support (English & Mandarin).
Job Requirements:
(Freshers & retirees are most welcomed too).
Previous working experience in customer service, or customer service-related fields is an added advantage but not necessary.
Possess good telephone etiquette with a pleasant voice.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be able to READ/WRITE & SPEAK Mandarin or Cantonese.
