Flexible Schedule & Freedom of Arrangement:
  • Service hours can be flexibly adjusted according to business needs. Upon completing the training, you will work as an independent contractor, providing services online and selecting your preferred service times and locations to fully accommodate your personal needs
Training details & Service Fees
  • Free Professional Training: The company will provide systematic professional training
  • Service Fee Reward upon Passing Training Assessment: 4000 Malaysian Ringgit (including training subsidy of 3700 Malaysian Ringgit + equipment subsidy of 300 Malaysian Ringgit)
  • During Training: Professional guidance will be provided by the company, and there will be no requirement to follow up with clients during this period
Service Fee and Incentive Plans Upon Training Completion:Plan A (Totaling up to a maximum of 5,500 Malaysian Ringgit per month):
  • From Monday to Saturday, dedicate a total of 240 minutes daily to client communication. Upon successful completion and acceptance, a monthly service fee of MYR 3,200 will be provided
  • Successfully develop 5 new clients in a month to receive an additional subsidy of up to 2300 Malaysian Ringgit per month
Plan B (Flexible choice based on performance):
  • Comprehensively calculated based on monthly service performance, output, and client follow-up outcomes
The company will provide customer resources and support to ensure effort is properly rewardedThe monthly service fee will be calculated based on the higher of the two packages, ensuring earnings from proactive client development while encouraging the pursuit of higher sales performanceAbout equipment:
  • To ensure the smooth progress of training and subsequent services, according to the characteristics of the independent contractor cooperation model, a dual-screen computer is required
  • If a dual-screen computer is unavailable, offline services can be provided at the Kuala Lumpur service location, where temporary seating and computer equipment will be made available for use as needed
