Project Requirements

• No educational or experience requirements, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Able to speak in English and Mandarin
• Due to customer service and business communication requirements, candidates must be able to understand Cantonese(listening) and speak fluent English, with strong communication and negotiation skills. Should be able to convey information accurately and clearly, understand the expressions of others, and take the initiative to provide timely feedback and report when encountering problems.

Cooperation Model and Method

Responsibilities
Project Duties and Responsibilities

• Our company will provide diversified training in phases, covering not only foreign trade business knowledge but also regularly sharing industry trends and cutting-edge AI developments. We will continuously iterate and upgrade AI tools, along with offering relevant tutorials. Additionally, we will support teams in proactively utilizing potential client resources provided by the company to develop new customer relationships
• Analyze customer and market data, identify opportunities, help clients expand their market and increase business turnover, while also exploring the unlimited potential for personal performance growth
• Stay informed about the dynamics of the catering market, accumulate industry development resources, and become a catering consultant that meets market demands
• Collaboration in this project does not require business trips; efficient communication with clients can be conducted through convenient channels/tools such as phone or internet and orders can be completed in our company's system (SAP)

As the industry develops, we will progressively deepen AI technology applications to support talent development and project team growth. By integrating AI, we will improve the professional level of team members and provide diversified services to customers in a more comprehensive and efficient way. At the same time, we hope to build AI into a powerful assistant to reduce the burden of project personnel on basic services, reduce dependence on experience, improve the accuracy and timeliness of services, and create more room for growth and opportunities for us.
Training Period

• One-Month Training Period
• Monday to Friday: 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM (including a total of 1.5 hours for breakfast and lunch)
• Saturday: 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM (including a total of 1.5 hours for breakfast and lunch)
• To assist independent contractors in becoming familiar with business processes and acquiring essential skills, the company provides a comprehensive one-month training program. Upon successful completion of the training period, independent contractors can arrange their service hours flexibly

Project Content Proportion

• Professional skills services (data analysis, market analysis, optimization and upgrading): 20%
• Transactional services (business communication): 80%

• Service hours can be flexibly adjusted according to business needs. Upon completing the training, you will work as an independent contractor, providing services online and selecting your preferred service times and locations to fully accommodate your personal needs

Training details & Service Fees

• Free Professional Training: The company will provide systematic professional training
• Service Fee Reward upon Passing Training Assessment: 4000 Malaysian Ringgit (including training subsidy of 3700 Malaysian Ringgit + equipment subsidy of 300 Malaysian Ringgit)
• During Training: Professional guidance will be provided by the company, and there will be no requirement to follow up with clients during this period

Service Fee and Incentive Plans Upon Training Completion:
Plan A (Totaling up to a maximum of 5,500 Malaysian Ringgit per month):

• From Monday to Saturday, dedicate a total of 240 minutes daily to client communication. Upon successful completion and acceptance, a monthly service fee of MYR 3,200 will be provided
• Successfully develop 5 new clients in a month to receive an additional subsidy of up to 2300 Malaysian Ringgit per month

Plan B (Flexible choice based on performance):

• Comprehensively calculated based on monthly service performance, output, and client follow-up outcomes
• The company will provide customer resources and support to ensure effort is properly rewarded
• The monthly service fee will be calculated based on the higher of the two packages, ensuring earnings from proactive client development while encouraging the pursuit of higher sales performance

About equipment:

• To ensure the smooth progress of training and subsequent services, according to the characteristics of the independent contractor cooperation model, a dual-screen computer is required
• If a dual-screen computer is unavailable, offline services can be provided at the Kuala Lumpur service location, where temporary seating and computer equipment will be made available for use as needed
