- Applicants with minimum SPM level qualification
- Proficiency in English (Speak, Read, Write)
- Willing to work on 24 hours rotational shift, 9hrs per shift
- Willing to commit 6 days per week
- Have no issue to be based at Nusajaya, Johor Bahru
- Handling all calls and email pertaining to the customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feed backs, and other raising issue related to the company\'s product.
- To exceed customer\'s expectation in term of customers service & accurate information
- Work in team to achieve the require KPI elements
- Monthly basic salary RM2,100 + up to RM400 KPI allowance + up to RM300 shift allowance + OT

- Entitlement leave: 12 days annual leave & 14 days medical leave
