  • Applicants with minimum SPM level qualification
  • Proficiency in English (Speak, Read, Write)
  • Willing to work on 24 hours rotational shift, 9hrs per shift
  • Willing to commit 6 days per week
  • Have no issue to be based at Nusajaya, Johor Bahru
Tanggungjawab
  • Handling all calls and email pertaining to the customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feed backs, and other raising issue related to the company\'s product.
  • To exceed customer\'s expectation in term of customers service & accurate information
  • Work in team to achieve the require KPI elements
Manfaat
  • Monthly basic salary RM2,100 + up to RM400 KPI allowance + up to RM300 shift allowance + OT
