Responsibilities:

Creative Classroom Captain -

Plan, guide, and run meaningful programmes that bring learning to life in fun, engaging, and age-appropriate ways.

Growth Tracker -

Observe each child's development closely--documenting progress with checklists, stories, pictures, and lots of love.

Environment Enchanter -

Create a classroom that inspires joy, safety, and imagination. Think of it as a second home full of wonder!

Parent Partner -

Build trusting relationships with families, meeting them with empathy, and keeping them in the loop on their child's journey.

Portfolio Prodigy -

Compile development portfolios that show just how far each child has come--little milestones, big pride!

Team Spirit Starter -

Collaborate with fellow educators, share ideas, and welcome new teammates like family.

Requirements:

A Degree or higher in any discipline (ECE, Psychology, or Education is a strong advantage), or at least 5 years of relevant experience in a related field Good communication skills in the English Language (Bahasa Malaysia or Arabic is a bonus!) Experience in Year 6 Primary Checkpoint Experience in IGCSE Examation for Year 10 A kind, cooperative spirit and a passion for shaping young hearts and minds A big smile, an open heart, and an unstoppable desire to inspire Full-Time positions available Damansara Training will be provided
