Cambridge English For Life(CEFL) has been a trusted brand for 21 years through experience, recognition from parents and students, and awards from relevant organisations.

We provide English language courses for preschoolers from 4 years old to adults to increase general English proficiency, to acquire a Cambridge Assessment English exam certificate for academic purposes or to prepare for university, professional teaching accreditation or Business English for the workplace.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Teaching and motivating students from children aged 4 to secondary school students.
• Has a passion for teaching with good knowledge and ability in handling and teaching children and teenagers.
• Maintaining discipline and order in the classroom, including the required SOPs for social distancing and ensuring that students practise all safety precautions.
• Teaching using the provided interactive whiteboard and being familiar with online tools when presenting lessons and class projects.
• Teaching lessons according to the prescribed scheme of work and using the textbooks provided.
• Updating and maintaining documentation related to teaching and class administration according to deadlines set.
• Preparing lessons plans in advance with minimum supervision.
• Teaching online when the need arises.

• Diploma/Degree in teaching English.
• Preferably two years' experience teaching children and teenagers. Fresh graduates may apply. Enthusiastic and motivated, with a pleasant personality and positive attitude.
• Knowledge and familiarity with the Cambridge Assessment English exams is an advantage although not vital.
• Able to teach on weekends and with minimum supervision.
• Willing to learn and is a good team player.
• Has completed two vaccination doses for COVID-19 and has received a booster dose or registered for one (proof will be required).
