• Degree in Teaching, Education, Early Childhood Studies, English, English Literature, or Linguistics.
• Recognised teaching certificates (CELTA, TEFL, etc.).
• Local English teachers with recognised qualifications and a strong command of English are welcome.
• Native English speakers with a universally recognisable accent and strong command of English are encouraged to apply.
• Fresh graduates, experienced teachers, or those with similar backgrounds are welcome.
• Enthusiasm for teaching young children.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well with co-teachers and learning centre management.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.

Working Days and Hours:

• Wednesday to Friday: 11:30 am to 8:30 pm
• Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
• Days Off: Monday, Tuesday, and public holidays

• Work with children 2.5 to 12yo.
• Teach pre-reading skills using the I Can Read System.
• Develop reading and comprehension abilities with our proven methods.
• Guide students in writing, covering grammar, editing, and publishing.
• Enhance oral presentation and communication skills.
• Foster social skills and positive classroom behaviour.

Conduct Assessments:

• Perform initial assessments for new students.
• Regularly assess students during classes to monitor progress.

Communication:

• Maintain open communication with parents through informal and formal meetings.
• Keep attendance logs and update Centre Management on student progress.
• Participate in regular Learning Centre Team meetings.

Contribute to Student Growth and Retention:

• Increase sign-ups by optimising the assessment process.
• Minimise withdrawals by maximising the teaching process.
