onsemi is looking for a self-driven and motivated professional to join their Test Engineering team. Responsible for test development & test engineering support for power module and discrete NPD and its smooth transition to mass production.

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics or Physics. Good oral and written English language. At least 5 years hands-on experience in semiconductor test and/or product engineering. Experienced in high power semiconductor is preferred. Strong knowledge on power semiconductors such as IGBT, MOSFET, Rectifiers and gate drivers. Experienced in ETS high power test platforms or equivalent in multi-site environment is a plus. Hands-on experience with bench test equipment such as power supply, oscilloscope, function generator and curve tracer for the purpose of debugging Experience in dynamic testing of power semiconductors is an added advantage Good programming skills in Visual C++. Computer literacy in MS Office, Power Point, Excel and Word. Team player with good interpersonal skills and able to work efficiently with multi-functional groups across different locations. Project management skills. Results/goal oriented.

Responsibilities:

Work together with Product Engineering team and manufacturing test engineering team to support new product development and its smooth transition to mass production in multiple manufacturing sites. Develop and implement test software & hardware for high voltage, high power semiconductor module and discrete, primarily in the area of final test Develop test coverage to ensure no test escapees Release test solution in mass production Perform product characterization Manage tester platform roadmap * Support customer related activities as needed
