Job Description

We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive for our prestigious client in the software development industry. This is a hybrid position based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.Key Responsibilities:

• Run a full sales cycle and close both new business and install base at or above quota on a monthly cadence.
• Find new prospects from both inbound and self-sourced leads.
• Run qualification calls with C-level executives and department leaders.
• Run online, and occasionally in person, product demonstrations.
• Sell through internal champions to multiple stakeholders, as well as directly to C -level.
• Work collaboratively with the relevant departments to evolve our sales strategy when new features and products are introduced.

• Minimum of 3 years\' experience in direct sales experience (selling over the phone, cold calling, presenting and pitching), preferably B2B at a software company.
• Extensive experience selling to customers in Malaysia.
• Comfortable to engage with a diverse array of customers.
• Consistently over-achieved quota (top 5-10% of the company) in past positions.
• Previous Experience in a startup is preferred.
• Strong and demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous Sales Methodology training preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (written & verbal).
• Strong customer obsession attitude with evidence of taking independent and appropriate decisions for the customer.
• Strong computer skills, including CRM, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
