About the Role
We are seeking a high-performing and strategic
Enterprise Account Executive
to lead enterprise-level sales initiatives across Malaysia. This individual will be responsible for developing new business, managing existing relationships, and driving revenue growth by offering tailored technology and SaaS-based solutions to enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Account Development:
Build and execute account strategies focused on acquiring and expanding enterprise accounts.
Customer Acquisition:
Identify, engage, and close new enterprise opportunities through consultative and solution-based selling.
Executive Engagement:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders within target organizations.
Partner Collaboration:
Work closely with partners, resellers, and internal teams to coordinate account strategy and maximize joint revenue opportunities.
Sales Ownership:
Manage the complete sales cycle -- from prospecting and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
Pipeline Management:
Maintain accurate forecasting and ensure consistent revenue performance through disciplined pipeline management.
Qualifications
Minimum
7-8 years of enterprise or B2B sales experience
, ideally in technology, SaaS, or data-driven solutions.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets within complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments.
Experience collaborating within a partner/reseller ecosystem.
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills in
Malay and English
.
Strong understanding of enterprise business challenges and ability to align them with relevant technology-driven solutions.
Self-motivated, independent, and comfortable working in a high-performance culture.
