Job Description

We are looking for a talented IT Enterprise Application Development Engineer who will be responsible for delivering process automation capabilities using low code BPM automation platform, such as Pega. You will be part of an Agile Team, partner with business stakeholders to designs, develop, test and deploy new capabilities and sustain existing automation capabilities which increase efficiency/accuracy of key business operations. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to : Performing key stages of a feature release including design, configurations, testing, guiding user acceptance and stabilization activities. Conducting feasibility studies, design process flow/models to design possible system solutions Developing and configuring solutions. Performing test-driven development and various testing on the automation solutions. Develop use cases, customer scenarios, and/or demos. Plan and coordinate testing of the newly developed or enhanced applications and provide support Preparing and maintaining technical documentation to guide system users and to assist with the ongoing operation, maintenance, and development of the system Works closely with business to develop required training, change management and operations process Providing KTBR support to current capabilities running in production. Supporting system upgrades Continuously looking for opportunities to automate business process with technology, and may provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems. A successful candidate should demonstrate the following : Attention to detail Proactive and motivated \'self-starter\'. Interested to learn and apply technologies to enable business process automation. Strong written and verbal skills , able to communicate complex issues to various audiences including business partner and management Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team settings. Able to handle multiple assignments concurrently Able to produces specifications and determines operational feasibility for software and applications. Able to writes well-designed, testable code either custom or from a specific development platform. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: BSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field. Proven or 5-7 year working experience as a Software Engineer or Software Developer and experience designing interactive applications and Cloud integration. Knowledge of Agile, Scrum , ITIL, service management processes and tools. Knowledge on Business Automation tool (e.g : Pega), SAP, API, REST, integration Knowledge in SDLC, software engineering tools and CI/CD practices. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Low code development IDE/Tools Inside this Business Group Intel\'s Information Technology Group (IT) designs, deploys and supports the information technology architecture and hardware/software applications for Intel. This includes the LAN, WAN, telephony, data centers, client PCs, backup and restore, and enterprise applications.
